I grew up on the Sunshine Coast in BC. A little known town called Gibsons Landing, BC.
Unfortunately, there is currently a forest fire in the mountains on the Sunshine Coast.
My Aunt sent me a message about the fire and goings on and I noticed the plane in the photo of the local news paper feed. That plane “Bomber 81” belongs to FMi client Air Spray Aviation.
I recognized the plane as I have had the fortune to visit the Air Spray Aviation facility at the Red Deer Regional Airport on a few different occasions. Who would have known???

In other news and speaking of the Red Deer Regional Airport….. Air Spray Aviation made the local Red Deer news last Saturday June 22nd as well…..all passengers and crew were unharmed and the plane took the brunt of the emergency landing. Looks like we will have a few extra shipments for Air Spray this year to do the repairs on this guy ?
