FMi Logistics – Ground Sea Air International Forwarders Inc. (GSA) A STRATEGIC MERGER PROVIDING A FULL SUITE OF INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT MANAGEMENT SERVICES
FMi Logistics Incorporated, a Western Canadian based 3PL with core disciplines in Commercial Warehousing & North American Freight Management has acquired GSA International Forwarders – a Calgary-based International Freight Forwarder specializing in Ocean, Air and Ground transportation.
FMi is bullish on Canadian Economic recovery and Global Trade growth, considering this a strategic expansion to its overall Freight Management group, positioning FMi as a full-service Global Freight Management team.
FMi will integrate the GSA team while keeping the strong GSA name and reputation operating in its Calgary Corporate Headquarters. Todd Larsen, Chris Breneol founding partners of GSA and their team will be instrumental to the continued excellence of their past business relationships while integrating both companies service offerings.
Todd Larsen and Chris Breneol bring to FMi’s existing team of professionals, a wealth of Freight Forwarding and Transportation industry experience. The partners founded GSA in 1996 and previous to that enjoyed individual successful careers with many of Canada’s leading International Freight and Transportation providers.
